My friends and I booked onto one of Fern's forage and ferment course in the Spring. We LOVED it. I'm going back to celebrate my birthday at the summer women's wellness day. Cannot WAIT! We learned so much, had INCREDIBLE food. It felt so good to be outside and learning about everything around us. Looking forward to doing more. I cannot recommend this enough!

Such a lovely trip to find mushrooms! It was great fun and the time flew by. Fern's enthusiasm for the countryside is infectious, and she's a patient and knowledgeable teacher.
After the course we had the confidence to go out looking on our own the following weekend and we've been finding yummy mushrooms every since .
