Spring Foraging Sussex
A guided foraging walk focusing on the bounty of Spring ingredients!

Then choose your time slot and continue. If a session isn't shown, it's sold out!) During this workshop, we will cover the basics of Spring foraging. We’ll be focusing on fresh Spring greens, an array of edible flowers and herbs for teas, tinctures and medicines! We'll finish our walk with a picnic lunch, where we'll enjoy some of the seasonal ingredients we've foraged for! The walk will be slow-paced, but uphill in areas, over fields, and through woodland. Please wear weather appropriate clothes, sturdy shoes and feel free to bring a little basket to gather a few samples, and a notebook or camera to help you remember all the information! Please note we are happy to cater for Vegan diets, however we are unable to fully cater for Gluten free/ Coeliac diets on this public workshop.
