WINTER foraging events
Foraging in winter will mainly focus on wild foods that can be found buried in the earth. In winter the energies of the plants around us delve down underground to protect themselves from the colder weather. Edible and medicinal roots swell and become nutritious and tasty, while truffles grow and become pungent and delicious!

All of our winter events involve a forage element, where you will learn to safely and sustainable identify wild foods and a feast element, where you will get the chance to taste some delicious wild foods! We hope to see you there.
