EVENT INFORMATION

2023 Sessions: TBC Event Details: This workshop will kick off with a guided foraging walk, where you will learn the art of safe and sustainable foraging and harvest some of your very own wild cocktail ingredients and garnishes! Then, we'll meet with our cocktail making expert, who will show you how to mix up (and of course drink!) some beautiful boozy concoctions! Our walk will be focused on wild edible and medicinal plants that can be easily infused with booze. You'll learn to safely identify and sustainably harvest these plants, as well as some of the history and folklore surrounding them! Places are £90 per adult and include all of your workshop materials. This workshop is for adults only and is limited to 14 places.
