Following the latest government guidelines, it is with GREAT pleasure that I am re-opening my 1:1 foraging sessions! These sessions are a brilliant opportunity to explore your local area with new eyes, discover the amazing wild foods that our land has to offer and sample some delicious foraged foods.

If you have any questions that you can't find the answer to here, please do contact me. I look forward to hearing from you!

These sessions include a 2.5 hour long guided foraging walk and a small picnic or campfire lunch made of wild foods!

You’ll learn about a wide range of edible, medicinal and poisonous plants, how to safely identify them and how to sustainably gather them. I’ll also tell you how these plants have been used throughout history and how we can use them today!

If you have a particular interest or focus, for example, folklore, herbalism or a particular ingredient, please do let me know on booking.

1:1 Foraging sessions can take place wherever you choose. If you have a favourite walking route this could be a great option. If you would like me to recommend a route, this is fine too!

I may request travel expenses for any locations further than a 15-minute drive from Worthing, West Sussex.

It is incredibly important that we all act responsibly in stopping the spread of the virus.

Under the government guidelines, two people from different households can meet up in an outdoor area as long as they are 2m apart. We will remain 2m apart during our walk and lunch.

Please be aware that although it may seem strange, this will not hamper your foraging experience. As I will not be picking plants and handing them to you, you may even gain better first-hand experience of collecting your own wild foods!

I will also have hand sanitiser and anti-bac wipes on hand and will be wearing gloves during all food prep.

1:1 FORAGING SESSION (For up to two people) -
