As the temperature rises, so does the tree sap. This sweet, refreshing liquid can be harvested and drunk, as has been done for thousands of years.

Join us to rediscover this Spring ritual and for a few hours of happy rambling, learning about edible, nutritious and medicinal herbs, flowers, greens and mushrooms that grow right on our doorstep!

On our walk, we'll uncover the history and folklore of these wonderful foods and learn how to harvest them safely and sustainably.

I'll also be introducing some poisonous plants, showing how to identify them to make your future foraging experiences safer (this is really great to learn for outdoorsy little ones!).

At the end of our walk, we'll be cooking up some of the edible plants we find!
