WILD BOOZE WORKSHOP

EVENT INFORMATION:

You'll be surprised how many wonderful undiscovered flavours lay hiding in our hedgerows! Peppery alexander seeds, aromatic and dream-inducing mugwort or zingy, citrussy pineapple weed - which will you add to your wild booze cocktail?!

This event includes a guided foraging walk, where you will harvest some of your ingredients and a mixology workshop where you will make (and of course drink!) some beautiful boozy concoctions!

Our walk will be focused on wild edible and medicinal plants that can be easily infused with booze. You'll learn to safely identify and sustainably harvest these plants, as well as some of the history and folklore surrounding them!

After our guided foraging walk, we'll bring our freshly harvested botanicals back to our workshop station, where we will meet with an expert mixologist, who will show us how to brew our very own blend of locally sourced spirits, wild berries and herbs! Bottoms up!

BOOKINGS:

This workshop is for adults only. Our foraging walk will be slow paced. Please wear weather appropriate clothes and feel free to bring a little basket to gather a few samples, and a notebook or camera to help you remember all the information! A bottle of water is always handy too.

The location and details of where to meet will be emailed to you upon payment. The location will be no more than a 30-minute drive outside of the Worthing area and lift-share from Worthing may be available.

This event begins at 3pm and will finish at roughly 6pm.
