Freyas Wild Garlic Walk!

A foraging walk focusing on the bounty of Spring ingredients, including wild garlic, with Freya!

EVENT INFORMATION

2024 Sessions: Sunday 3rd March 2023 @ 10am - 1pm Sunday 31st March 2023 @ 10am - 1pm (To choose a session please click 'book now' then find your chosen date in the calendar. Then choose your time slot and continue. If a session isn't shown, it's sold out!) During this workshop, we will cover the basics of Spring foraging. We’ll be focusing on fresh Spring greens, an array of edible flowers and herbs for teas, tinctures and medicines! We'll finish our walk with a picnic lunch, where we'll enjoy some of the seasonal ingredients we've foraged for! The walk will be slow-paced, but uphill in areas, over fields, and through woodland. Please wear weather appropriate clothes, sturdy shoes and feel free to bring a little basket to gather a few samples, and a notebook or camera to help you remember all the information! Please note this workshop will be led by the lovely Freya, an inspirational foraging foodie. Find our more about her on our 'about' page. We are happy to cater for Vegan diets on this workshop, however we are unable to cater for Gluten free/ Coeliac diets on this occasion.
