2024 Sessions: Sunday 8th September @ 10am - 1pm Saturday 21st September @ 10am - 1pm (To choose a session please click 'book now' then find your chosen date in the calendar. Then choose your time slot and continue. If a session isn't shown, it's sold out! If a session only allows you to book 1 ticket, there's only 1 ticket left.) During this workshop, we will cover the basics of Autumn foraging. We’ll be focusing on fresh berries, an array of edible mushrooms, nutritious nuts and herbs for teas, tinctures and medicines! We'll finish our walk with a small picnic lunch, where we'll enjoy some of the seasonal ingredients we've foraged for! The walk will be slow-paced, but uphill in areas, over fields, and through woodland. Please wear weather appropriate clothes, sturdy shoes and feel free to bring a little basket to gather a few samples, and a notebook or camera to help you remember all the information! Please note this workshop will be led by the lovely Freya, an inspirational foraging foodie. Find our more about her on our 'about' page. We are happy to cater for Vegan diets, however we are unable to cater for Gluten free/ Coeliac diets on this public workshop. Full information, including location will be emailed to you 1 week before the event. For any further information, please do contact us. Or see our FAQ's page.
